- We start with building consensus around what progress can be achieved for the UI, aligning your ambitions with the ‘state of the art’ in UI architecture.
- Next follows an evaluation of all the fresh impulses present in the project. In case of redevelopment, we also perform an evaluation of the current software.
- Afterwards, we apply our analysis methods to identify the central UI issues, and together with your team we develop the vision, direction and design principles needed to start tackling them in the project. We document these in the masterplan.
The final phase consists of supporting your planning activities, based on our masterplan.
